Spiritual Emphasis Week; Tuesday

After the morning VBS, which brought together the entire school community to learn about how corruption entered the world, secondary grades meet in the gym before splitting into boys and girls groups. Today, the girls’ group studied John 15:1–5.

These Bible texts establish a connection between the vine, branch, and gardener. Without Jesus, the vine, a branch, us, cannot grow fruit. During their opening study, students were encouraged to think about how God would describe them as individuals. Students then divided into smaller groups of their peers to discuss what this topic meant for them.
