VIEW ADMISSIONS PROCESS

NOTE: Kindergarten students must turn 5 years old by September 1. If the student turns 5 after that date, please complete the form for Preschool 4’s program.

Classes are filling quickly; please complete an ADMISSIONS INQUIRY below prior to submitting an application. Our Admissions Director will then contact you about availability and next steps.

LET’S TALK: Looking to speak to someone about Salem Academy? Click “Talk to Admissions Counselor,” then complete an Admissions Inquiry . Our team will call you and answer your questions within 3 business days.

CAMPUS TOUR: We invite you to visit our campus and tour the classrooms. Come see for yourself how Salem Academy approaches academic excellence.

APPLICATION: Complete the K-12 Admission Application for all new K-12 students. ($75 application fee) No application required for Preschool 3’s and 4’s.

INTERVIEW/TEST: Once your student’s application has been submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an interview and admissions testing.

ENROLLMENT: Once your new student has been accepted, information will be provided to complete your enrollment through FACTS.

APPLY: Complete the K-12 Admission Application for all new K-12 students. ($75 application fee) No application required for Preschool 3’s and 4’s.

  • K-12 Applications must include documentation of any disability (i.e. a copy of the applicant’s Individualized Education Program (IEP), Private School Plan (PSP), Individualized Family Service Plan (ISFP), Section 504 Accommodation Plan, Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), etc.). Must be received prior to assessment.

TEST/INTERVIEW: Once your student’s application has been submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an interview and admissions testing.

  • At Salem Academy, we are committed to providing an excellent educational experience tailored to meet the needs of our students. To ensure that each student can thrive in our academic environment, we require applicants to demonstrate readiness for their intended grade level. Please note that we are unable to accept applicants whose performance is more than one grade level below the expectations for their intended grade. This policy allows us to maintain our high academic standards while ensuring we can effectively support the success of every student in our care.
  • Applicants who are currently being evaluated for a suspected disability will not move to the registration process until the evaluation is completed, and the results are shared with Salem Academy to review.
