Joel and his beautiful wife, Susan, have two children at Salem Academy. Asher is in 7th grade and Mia is in 5th grade. Joel has served on the Board of Trustees since 2022.
Joel is a founding partner and Investment Advisor with Keudell/Morrison Wealth Management. He is an alumnus of Western Oregon University (2001) and grew up in Tillamook, Oregon.

Kevin Campbell is co-founder and CEO of The Victory Group, Inc., a Salem-based public affairs consulting, association management and lobbying business that was launched in 1995 to help quality organizations navigate the tricky waters of the Oregon Legislative process with an approach that prioritizes integrity, competence and goodwill. He brings over two decades of experience and an impressive track record of Legislative advocacy accomplishments to his work. Mr. Campbell also continues to serve as the Executive Director of the Oregon Association Chiefs of Police, a position he has held for the past 28 years. Prior to his work with the Victory Group, Mr. Campbell worked for Focus on the Family where he served as the National Director of the Family Policy Council Project.
Mr. Campbell serves on a broad variety of Boards, Task Forces and Commissions. He currently Chairs the Oregon Law Enforcement Leadership Forum and serves on the Corban University Leadership & Political Engagement Advisory Board. Mr. Campbell is also a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum of Oregon. Kevin and his wife Marie live in Keizer. They have two grown children who both graduated from Salem Academy and two wonderful grandchildren. Kevin’s granddaughter is in her first year of pre-school at SA.

Nathan and his wife Amica have two students at Salem Academy - Maya and Noah. Nathan has served on the Board of Trustees since 2015.

Jayme Fridley

Jayme is a dedicated wife to Nolan and a proud mom. Currently, she has three children enrolled at Salem Academy, while her eldest (class of ‘25) is pursuing higher education.
In 2004 she received her degree in Education from Corban University, and went on to teach 2nd grade at Salem Academy. After dedicating her early career to teaching, Jayme has shifted her focus to support her family and contribute to their family business while continuing to advocate for a faith-based education.
Jayme’s passion for Christian education drives her commitment to fostering an environment where students can grow spiritually and academically. She firmly believes in the importance of guiding children to imitate Jesus as they strive to “grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man”. (Luke 2:52)

Aaron Imig ‘94

A longtime faculty member and leader within Corban’s School of Education, Dr. Imig stepped into the role of Vice President for Academic Administration in June 2025. He brings a deep passion for Christian education, a strong rapport with faculty, and a vision for organizational excellence to his role overseeing academics and faculty at Corban.
With more than two decades of experience in K-12 and higher education, Dr. Imig has served across a broad range of roles in education and athletics, including teaching, administration, coaching, and consulting. Since joining Corban’s education faculty in 2008, he has taught a variety of courses such as Instructional Alignment, Philosophy of Education, Leadership in Education, and Worldview & Ethics in Education. He has served as a national scorer for edTPA and has presented on the assessment locally and internationally.
In addition to his academic work, Dr. Imig has consulted with K-12 Christian schools on integrating faith and learning into curriculum, equipping teachers to grow in their confidence and ability to teach from a biblical framework. He also founded Corban’s annual Christian Educator Conference, creating a practical opportunity for local teacher development. He has developed the curriculum for training future coaches as a part of several degrees and has served as an assistant volleyball coach at Corban for over 10 years.
Dr. Imig’s leadership as VPAA is shaped by a commitment to supporting faculty, fostering teaching excellence, and ensuring students are equipped not only with knowledge but also with the practical skills and spiritual foundation to make a difference for Jesus Christ.
Dr. Imig is married to Jennifer, and they have three children: Isaiah, Arie, and Ruby. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports and exercise, and traveling.

Lori is the Mill Controller at Speciallty Polymers in Woodburn, OR. Lori and her husband Mark have two children, Sophia ’09 and Claire ‘16. Lori has served on the Board of Trustees since 2009.

Pete serves as a Teaching Pastor at Salem Heights Church. He has spent over 15 years in Christian education, serving as a teacher, coach, and administrator in two schools, including 11 years on staff at Salem Academy. Pete is married to his wife, Holly, and they have three children—Jamin (SA class of ’23), Jase (SA class of ’25), and Kyla, a current high school student at Salem Academy.

Alan his wife Angela, have three kids attending Salem Academy. Ethan in 4th grade, and twins Lucas and Harper are in 6th grade. Alan is the owner of LHE Investments which does private financing and real estate investment. A 2004 accounting & finance graduate of Western Baptist (now Corban University), Alan has served and continues to serve in many board capacities and looks forward to serving on SA BOT, to steward this great resource God has provided in our community. His family enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and boating together. Alan also enjoys being able to help coach Salem Academy kids in various sports.

Megan is honored to serve on the Board of Trustees and to support the mission and community of Salem Academy. Megan and her husband have three children, with two currently in elementary school and the youngest in preschool, who will begin kindergarten the following year. As both a parent and an educator, she is deeply invested in providing students with an excellent education rooted in Christian values.
She has been a high school teacher for the past 10 years and earned her degree in Elementary Education and Secondary Biology from Corban University. Megan’s experience in education has given her a passion for helping students grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
She is excited for the opportunity to serve the Salem Academy community and look forward to partnering with fellow board members, faculty, staff, and families to support the school’s mission and help it continue to thrive.
