20-21 STATUS UPDATE

Please note that Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 6th Grades are closed for the current 20-21 school year. Please complete an inquiry form to begin conversation for next school year 21-22 or if you would like to be added to the wait list for this year.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

1. INQUIRE: Complete our Student Inquiry form and our Admissions team will be in touch soon.

2. TOUR: To schedule a K-12 campus tour, email our .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for more information. (Have a preschooler? Click Here)

3. APPLY: Complete a K-12 Only Admission Application. (No application required for preschool Learn more.)

4. INTERVIEW/TEST: Once your student’s application has been submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an interview and admissions testing.

5. REGISTER Once your new student has been accepted, information will be provided to complete your enrollment through FACTS/RenWeb.

DEADLINES

In response to near capacity enrollment, the following application deadlines will apply to all K-12 applications.

Pool 1 DEADLINE: March 1, 2021 - enrollment decision determined by 3/31.

Pool 2 DEADLINE: April 1, 2021, with enrollment decision determined by April 30.

Pool 3 DEADLINE May 3, 2021, with enrollment decision determined by May 31.

Pool 4 DEADLINE: June 1, 2021, with enrollment decision determined by June 30.

Pool 5 DEADLINE: July 1, 2021, with enrollment decision determined by July 30.

Pool 6 DEADLINE: August 2, 2021, with enrollment decision determined by August 31.

Pool 7 DEADLINE: August 16, 2021, with enrollment decision determined by September 7.

Applications received in Pool 7 may risk a delayed start of 1-3 days.

Late applications are accepted if space is available, our Admissions Director can advise you.
Waitlist for full classes is determined by the time/date stamp on your application submission.
