This performing ensemble is open to any High School student. One of the goals of this class focuses on preparing music for festivals, competitions, and public concerts. Student participation at every concert is required, unless previously approved by the instructor. Outside preparation is often required. The High School Strings is a performing ensemble that requires a great deal of commitment and desire to learn.
