2010-11 Registration - Starts February 1

For those families registering now for the 2010-11 school year this fall, please download and complete the 2010-11 Registration Packet. One form should be used for all students attending SAC. Return completed form with payment to any campus office.

For returning SA families:

  • If you have a new K-12 student to enroll, please see section below.
  • If you have a new Childcare or Preschool student, visit our Preschool and Childcare Enrollment page for details specific to your family.
Returning SA family with new student to admit?

Do you have a new K-12 student starting, but already have another student at Salem Academy? If so, you will need to have an Admission Application submitted for your new child, but then will register all students at the same time. Please complete the Admissions Process for your new student and, once admitted, continue with the Registration Process.

Second Semester (2009-10) Registration

Have a newly admitted student(s) for 09-10 second semester? Please download and submit the 2009-10 Registration Form. One form should be used for all students attending SAC. Return completed form with payment to any campus office.
